1. About Sharmidon

Sharmidon ("we", "us", "our") is a brand intelligence platform operated by Sports 3 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Sharmidon provides AI-powered sponsorship research, brand intelligence reports, proposal generation, and related tools for sponsorship professionals.

2. Accounts & Access

You must create an account to use Sharmidon. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is for a single user unless you are on a plan that includes multiple seats.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Sharmidon offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Founding member pricing is available for a limited time and locks in your rate for as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the founding member rate is not guaranteed.

4. Plan Limits

Each subscription tier includes specific usage limits. These limits reset at the beginning of each billing month.

5. Fair Use Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users, the following fair use thresholds apply:

• •Pro plan: Up to 150 brand intelligence reports per month
• •Team plan: Up to 500 brand intelligence reports and 200 proposals per month

If your usage consistently exceeds these thresholds, we may reach out to discuss your needs and explore a custom arrangement. We will never suspend your account without prior notice. If you believe you need higher limits, please contact us at [email protected].

6. AI-Generated Content

Sharmidon uses artificial intelligence to generate brand intelligence reports, sponsorship proposals, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in commercial contexts. Sharmidon does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR. The data you provide (property details, brand research queries, uploaded documents) is used solely to deliver the Sharmidon service.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Documents you upload to train your property's pitch style are stored securely and used only for your account's AI personalisation.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using Sharmidon, including proposals, reports, and documents. Sharmidon retains ownership of the platform, its design, algorithms, and underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharmidon and Sports 3 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Sharmidon after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
